Who we are

PukaMed operates the website at pukamed.ai. This policy covers what this website collects and how it is used. A separate agreement will cover the PukaMed platform for customers.

What this website collects

The website collects information in two ways.

• Demo requests. When you submit the demo request form, we receive the name, work email, company, role, company size, current tools, and notes you enter. We use this information only to respond to your request and to arrange a demo.
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. It reports page views and performance in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How demo requests are stored

Demo requests are delivered to our team by email and kept in a private record so that a delivery problem does not lose your request. They are retained for as long as we are in conversation with you and deleted on request.

Who can see your information

Your demo request is seen by PukaMed staff. It is transmitted and stored by our infrastructure providers, currently Cloudflare, under their own security commitments. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@pukamed.ai. Placeholder: the rights available to you depend on where you live and will be set out in full here after counsel review.
