Scope
These terms cover use of the website at pukamed.ai. Use of the PukaMed platform will be governed by a separate customer agreement.
The website
The website describes a product that is in development. Descriptions of features are statements of what PukaMed is built to do and may change before launch. Nothing on the website is an offer to contract, and no order or subscription can be placed through it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to send spam, to probe or disrupt its infrastructure, or to submit information about a person without their permission.
Customer data and licensed data
Placeholder: the customer agreement will state that customers keep ownership of the data they upload, that PukaMed does not use it to train models, and that customers are responsible for confirming they hold the rights to any third-party licensed data they upload.

PukaMed is a business intelligence tool for sales organizations. Nothing on the website or in the product is medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice.
